We recently hired Trees Unlimited and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. A rock flew out of the back of one of their trucks & smacked my windshield of my brand new car, cracking it. I do have full coverage & will get it replaced but I just thought I’d be a decent person & let this company know that they have rocks flying out the back of their trucks & the situation could’ve been way worse and the guy on the phone was so nasty to me & hung up on me. I was recommended Trees Unlimited by a friend after experiencing a lack of "callbacks" from several other local tree service companies. Ray not only called me back, but called me back after normal business hours to set up an estimate. Ray was always professional and communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish. Billy, Taylor, and Jessica did a fantastic job with tree trimming and clean-up. I could not be more impressed.
What a wonderful job Rays Crew did today at my Mothers house. They worked from 6:50 AM - 4PM. They cleared trees and shrubs and it made the entire back yard look brand new. They were very professional and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. I can’t express how satisfying it is to look at the back yard now that you have completed the work.
