RecommendedWe have used Trees Inc on 3 separate occasions and have always been satisfied with their work. They’ve not only done a good job but have also cleaned up. They’ve always done the job when they said they would and, based on our experience, would highly recommend them.
Rick & crew did an amazing job! Love what they did with my trees & cleaned up very well. Don't think I'll need them again soon but they'll be the 1st I'll call if I do! Go job guys!
I would like to say THANK YOU to Rick and the Trees Inc. crew for an outstanding job. I needed two trees trimmed of dead branches and removal of one HUGH pine tree, they arrive when planned, did a wonderful job with the trees, in a timely manner and good job of cleanup, all at a fair price. The website states customer satisfaction but I can say I am not satisfied. They did not complete the job. When I called Rick about this he said he is always in the neighborhood and would come by Saturday to finish it. They did not show and with all the rain I assumed they were behind so I waited. I texted him 2 weeks ago and again he said that would be there the next day and again no show. I texted him earlier this week and no reply. I called yesterday morning and no answer and no call back. This is a hard review to write, mostly because I don't like to say bad things about people or businesses, I like to give them the benefit of the doubt (bad day, miscommunication, etc.). So extremely rude an in considerate! Two of their trucks were blocking anyway into my apartment complex parking lot which I needed to get to so I could go into my apartment and get ready for school/study. The main guy argued with me telling me he couldn't move the trucks and I would have to wait 30 minutes. After realizing that he wasn't going to listen to what a female college kid had to say, I had to call my Dad to demand him to move his truck to let me in. This is unacceptable! I LIVE THERE!
