Left two messages and they never returned my call. One of their workers trimming trees and contracted by the county hit our power line and took out the entire neighborhoods power. When I lost power I went outside to find that they had no intentions of calling TECO and reporting what they had done. Was told by the crew supervisor..its not our problem. TECO confirmed they did not report. If I had not been home who knows when it would have been reported and for how long we would have been with out power! I have reported this to... read more
The best damn tree's service in the gane
Very rude! My husband went to tell the workers that one of the branches they cut fell onto and knocked a power line down. The worker told another worker "this guy is crying about something" and then told my husband to call the power company. That is what they should have done! Very unprofessional and irresponsible!!
