I've been a regular at Trees ever since their opening and the staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Well on this particular night 6/20/26 at around 9:52pm I was shamed by the security guard in front of other customers for my timing of arrival at Trees and it was very embarrassing for me. What made the situation more worse for me was that he didn't say anything to the two guys who were checking in ahead of me but he felt comfortable enough to say that to me. I came to this dispensary today and left without buying anything. From the beginning, the whole vibe is off. The security guard is agressive and rude and the budtender looked at me funny when i said i was a first time patient and wanted to redeem my 30% discount as advertised online. He had to go talk to someone in the back and they got weird about it. Then after i picked out what i wanted, the total price was way off, no discount in sight!
