I had several other companies bid a large Oak tree that was dead hanging over the roof line. This company was the only one that provided me with the proper insurance. I have to say the tree crew was very professional, had there safety gear and Pat the man in charge really knew his stuff. I recommended them two my daughter and her neighbor who had a storm damaged Camphor tree between there homes. They did a great job for them as well. Great job and great experience.

This is the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. We had them out and their work was great that we planned to have them out annually to care for our trees but since early August they have set date after date to come do some more work but never show up, never call to say they won't be coming. We have rearranged our schedules so many times that I have had it. I understand that there was a hurricane but that does not excuse treating customers like this. After calling around to a few tree companies and getting estimates, I chose this company for a couple reasons and am very pleased with my decision. First, the company was the only one who carried Workman's Comp insurance which is extremely important as I didn't want to be held liable for any injuries if they were to happen. Thankfully that was not something I had to worry about and their crew wore safety gear. Secondly, Pat or the girls in the office kept open communication with me. I would highly recommend Trees by JaPaul! (Pat in particular) From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. From permit application, to follow up with the city to the actual tree removal, they were professional and efficient. Showed up on time, completed the job in a day (60+ foot high pine that was uprooting my foundation) and cleaned up as if they were never there. Thank you ~ Thank you ~ Thank you!!!
