I lived here for 3 years. The neighborhood is loud and gunshots are regular. Apartments are WAY overpriced and my rent went up $50 each time I renewed. At least in my building, the bedroom windows are way too close to the next unit's window. No AC so you can hear EVERYTHING going on next door in the warmer months. The interior hallways do not have good airflow and you can smell trash, cooking, and cigarette smoke when you walk through.
