I checked in there on a Sat as my usual doctor at another clinic does not operate on that day. I was a new patient. I was attended to after waiting for just a few minutes. I was asked what my problem was and wanted to explain adequately so that this doctor would be able to treat me properly. She did not appear to be too interested to let me explain further. Such a helpful group. From first contact to consultation. Never a problem with this practice
I don’t like to leave reviews on medical establishments but holy is this one necessary. Doctors are alright, some good some bad, reception is HORRIFIC. beyond rude, does not follow anything up, basically expects the patient to know everything. Utterly disappointing. Horrible horrible reception.
Absolutely unprofessional practice. They dont follow up anything. For a Medical practice they should be ashamed. Tried to get my medical files sent to another practice a nd wanted $25 to send an email. Profit over people in this place. Disgraceful.
Well I removed my first review and went back to see this same Dr thinking maybe he deserves another chance. Oh my goodness! He should not be allowed to see patients. Took my husband in with 6 broken ribs and a broken clavicle in 2 places. My husband was in a lot of pain and needed pain relief. The Dr argued with him and only gave him celebrex. ( while he waited for his surgery) Please save yourself heart ache and go somewhere else)
