Experience genuine care and great services when going here. It is a busy clinic, so a bit of empathy towards the reception and doctors that are churning through patients all day is warranted. Recommended.
Normally I would give this surgery a good review as I have used it for many years. Who closes a doctors clinic for a whole week between Christmas and New Year’s? You have patients relying on their medications which can’t be prescribed by just anybody and sending people to an emergency care clinic for those things when you’re suddenly not available is not on. You should at least have a Skeleton staff on over the Christmas period.
Poor communication little care for patients That’s what you get from a bulk bill surgery
I checked in there on a Sat as my usual doctor at another clinic does not operate on that day. I was a new patient. I was attended to after waiting for just a few minutes. I was asked what my problem was and wanted to explain adequately so that this doctor would be able to treat me properly. She did not appear to be too interested to let me explain further.
