Property Manager will harrass the residents. He goes into apartments without notice. The office is only open when he feels like going in that day. He is rude. The owner are disconnected and do nothing to alleviate the problems.
The landlord (Bill) harasses his tenants on a daily basis. He will enter their apartment when they are not home and make them do things that is convenient for him. His office hours are from 8-12 but he is never in the office except for when rent is due. I have asked for management number and he told me that he could not provide that information to me. I take care of my elderly uncles and if I knew what I know now I would have looked for them somewhere else to reside.
