I called Treemasters and asked for an estimate to trim 3 pin oaks and a maple in my front yard. I needed the bottoms taken off and the dead wood removed. *** came out to give me my estimate. He took pictures and told me he was going back to work up a quote and he would email the cost. I hired Treemasters the spring of 2019, and had help paying for it as I am retired with limited Social Security as income. The work done was excellent, with their best crew on sight . . . very impressed for that job . . . HOWEVER, come fall of 2019, I felt since they had done a good job previously, I would hire them for another project and borrowed money from my son in Seattle to make it happen . . . by the time I got the proposal, agreed to it, and they showed up to perform, a very protracted amount of time had passed; I wa... read more

They were a no show for an appointment about a tree hanging precariously over our barn. Love taking off work for nothing as well as risking a smashed barn!!! No call, nothing. I made the appointment on Tuesday, they didn't show up that Friday. This is under the new owners, the previous owner/ management was fantastic!!!! Very disappointed and will need to find a new reliable tree company.

Absolutely will never never accept proposal from this company under the new/current ownership. They plan to charge twice the market rate and a 10% cancellation fee that may be illegal. Via email, I told them to stop bothering me, but still received follow-up phone call. Also, this company may be guilty of senior-citizen harassment. They use four different staff members to harass customers.
