Tree Masters - Quality Service – I recently had a family member use another tree service in town, and they had a very negative experience. I recommended a company that I have used a couple of times within the last few years - Tree Masters. Although their prices were a little high, I did receive very high quality in service. For me it was far more important to have my valuable trees taken care of by certified arborists than to go with the lowest bidder. Overall a very good experience.
Poor Service – Customer service was extremely lacking. Apparently, they lost our phone number and our estimate, but were amazingly accurate when it came to invoicing for the exact amount of the original estimate. They had to come out to our house 3 times to achieve the results designated in the estimate. The office manager was full of excuses of why the work didn't get done, but with no resolution until we spoke to the owner.
