The homes in this community are nice, but the property manager, Nathaniel Prisock, has made living here extremely unpleasant. He is consistently disrespectful and unprofessional. Mr. Prisock frequently threatens residents with 3-day eviction notices for minor or unclear reasons. He has been known to take residents’ trash cans if they aren’t brought in by Monday morning. Maintenance team is amazing they are great with getting things done in a timely manner!
STOP sending me charges for late fees and notices for unpaid rent when I make sure my rent is ON TIME EVERY MONTH!!! It's disrespectful!
If I could give 0 stars I would, as we speak I'm hiring an attorney because they had took a 2,368$ deposit and are trying to charge $5,600 for what they call damages when I have video proof a whole 3 minute video of the whole house, they wont show any proof of damages and the house was in almost new condition before I moved out, also along with paperwork where they have overcharged for eviction fees, etc and other fees that are false.
