What a great experience working with the team a Treeline! We didn’t realize the hail had done so much damage to our roof. They came out, did a thorough inspection of the roof, solar and gutters. They sat down with us to show us the damage, talk through the insurance claim process and even talked with our insurance while they were there. They made everything so easy for us. The crew that came out to do the work were friendly, professional and took great care around plants. Our new roof is beautiful!
I don’t often write reviews and I really didn’t want to write this one. However, I have a large no soliciting sign on my front door, and yet, Connor from this company still rang my doorbell. I opened the door, he gave me his information and I let him know we weren’t interested and had the no soliciting sign. After I shut the door, he proceeded to tuck his business card under one of my plants and photograph my front door. The roof was completed in one day. The staff was respectful and very helpful. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was done.
Shane Smith can't read signs that say do not solicit. Treeline can't read basic signage so how can you trust them to do even basic work.
