I really like Treeline Animal Hospital. Not only is the staff nice and friendly the facility is kept clean. Which is super important when bringing baby puppies to the vet.
After our recent and first-time appointment, my husband and I highly recommend Treeline Animal Hospital. We have relocated to Fort Myers and wanted to find a Veterinarian within a reasonable distance from our home. I found many resounding recommendations on the Next Door website. Dr. Kim and her staff lived up to the recommendations. The hospital was easy to find, clean, and the staff welcoming. The office staff, along with the vet and vet tech were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the time they took to check out all my puppies thoroughly. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future services.
Treeline Animal Hospital is efficiently run from the moment you walk in the door to the end of your appointment. Dr. Kim is great with our fur baby as are all the other staff. Appointments are on-time and rates are par with other vet offices. Oh, and did I mention convenience of location - it's great!
Medical services seem to be good but we were waiting about 30 minutes in exam room prior to exam. Called office twice for medical records and was on old on 2nd call for 9+ minutes after records were not emailed as requested on the first call.
