This not a good neighbor facility. The owner was dumping tons of waste asphalt in the area next door to the site and allows commercial landscaping businesses to run out of the facility. The businesses are loud and do not respect the residential neighbors. The only access is down a steep narrow residential narrow street next to a community park that customers frequently speed down only to run the stop sign at the bottom of the hill

Treelake Storage is located in a prime location, and their storage fees are more than competitive. In fact, they're less than most. My only complaint is, is with the surrounding neighbors who petitioned the facility be closed after 7:00 p.m. due to noise. My question is, what noise? Driving into the storage facility produces less noise than the car or motorcycle driving by their home or the dog that's barking next door. I contacted the county.
