TreeHouse Wildlife Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured or orphaned native wildlife. We provide care for birds of prey, waterfowl, reptiles, and both small and large mammals native to Illinois. We currently admit about 750 animals annually into our hospital with the number rising every year. awesome place to take the kids and learn about the animals in our area.
We've been here before, funplace to go. Lots of birds of prey including 4 eagles, done hawks, vultures and owls. Really loved seeing the bobcat and foxes. They will work with cub scouts too, nice people.
Educational, lots of beautiful wildlife to look at, and great prices in their gift shop.
The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Center. It was exciting to see my grandson so interested and anxious to look at the animals.
It is a wonderful place to see local wildlife and great for the kids!
