Had a great time visiting today, the workers here were great. They took the time to show us around and to explain everything they had to offer from bald eagles to turtles.

Such a neat place! The facilities are beautiful and our tour guide was very informative. We had a large group of children, some very small. I would not advise taking toddlers! The children aren't allowed to touch fencing, climb trees, and are constantly asked to "be quiet". If I had known these things ahead of time, I could've prepared myself and the kids better before arriving. Overall it was a good time!

It was a WONDERFUL place full of precious wildlife getting the best care along with the greatest enclosures close to their habitats as possible, they're constantly building to excel in housing for injured wildlife, and to take COYOTES to heal among all they rehab, foster, release, etc .The staff go up and beyond whatever it takes to help an animal in need... this is a place TRULY for all wildlife!!! I was in love with it,if you don't go,you're truly missing out!!

Perhaps I'm biased, but THWC is a great place for wildlife lovers to visit anytime of the year.

We had so much fun! It is so nice to see what a wonderful job everyone does to help heal birds and animals in need of medical intervention. I know their goal is to treat and release but I know those who can't be released have a loving place to live out their lives. Thank you treehouse!

Went there today with two friends. Had a ball! We were able to wander around the enclosures and look at the various resident birds and animals. I especially loved the three adult bald eagles in the big flight cage! Boy, could they make a bunch of noise when they wanted to. Chuckles and Zorro were in their log out of sight because of the heat, but the youngster who will be released soon was out watching people while we watched him. Inside, the woodpecker was a real star as were the babies. We are already discussing a next vis... read more
