Very unprofessional in my opinion. I was always taught to treat people the way you want to be treated, fairly & with respect. Rudeness & arrogance should be left at home, not brought to the job. Your job shouldn't be done with spite just because you control the situation and clients dreams. Very sad to see people treat others this way just because they can. That's what is wrong in this world now days.
