Roaches everywhere, no maintenance This apartment has roaches everywhere. The pest control is of no use. The maintenance team takes forever to fix anything. I keep raising service requests and they never fix it unless it is an emergency.

Do NOT rent from Treehouse or Ridgemont Properties - Buyer Beware! This is the company is corrupt and horrible at being a landlord. They do not care about the people living in their apartments, they just care to collect the rent. Nightmare apartment!!! This place has roaches!!! Inside and out. It has mold inside and out! When we first moved in our apt wasn't even clean and it had an indescribable smell in it! We had to open all windows and you could SMELL it outside! The most messed up thing is that while I was signing the lease the apt manager came and saw it and she had to of smelt it, before we moved to make sure it was "clean" which it obviously wasn't!
