Please don’t live here. They only want your money they charged me the wrong rent. They sent me the wrong statement with the wrong amount in my portal. They had the wrong rent amount and never told me that my rent was wrong until the next month they charge me extra, because they told me it was my responsibility to change my rent, even though they sent me the wrong rent statement. I am a longtime resident for over 15 years and I must express how much I enjoy residing here. Great location. My apartment is huge. I am in a 3x2 apartment with 1700 square ft. My family and friends come over and they can't believe how much space I have. I have had some great experience living here. Staff has wonderful customer services and I never had any problems with maintenance. If you are looking for a place to call home I definitely recommend Belmont La Fontaine Apartments. I love it here.
I do not recommend staying at Broadwater Apartments in Galveston. I lived there for almost 6 years (May 2015-March 2021) and found this place to: lack professionalism and privacy; have poor or no communication with (maintenance) requests; making unethical decisions; and putting residents and them self in situations that should not happen.
