This place is getting destroyed the month of February
Management is trash. Staff is trash. Complex is trash. You're better off living in a dumpster.
I truly wish I could give this place a negative review. Living here has been a awful experience. I've experienced a roach infestation to a mold problem. When I first started renting three years ago things seemed to be fine. There was an office where you could go and speak to someone. But now there is no office staff. The office itself is always locked. The laundry rooms are always dirty and there have been multiple washers and driers not in service. There is dog mess everywhere and the trash is always pilled up. Maintenance is crappy, doesn't fix things in a timely manner an if it's something they don't know about, they won't at all. We had a black mystery sludge coming from our walls an all we got was a "Oh idk just clean it an we'll come back if it continues." Spoiler: it came back but they didn't. Had two gallon milk jugs sitting in the parking lot since June of 2024.
