Maintenance is crappy, doesn't fix things in a timely manner an if it's something they don't know about, they won't at all. We had a black mystery sludge coming from our walls an all we got was a "Oh idk just clean it an we'll come back if it continues." Spoiler: it came back but they didn't. Had two gallon milk jugs sitting in the parking lot since June of 2024. Many, many issues including: manager jacked up my rent just because, mystery black ooze leaking from the walls, useless maintenance staff, there's been jugs of milk in the parking lot rotting for at least 5 months, and most of the laundry machines don't work, just to name a few. Don't move here if you don't have to. It will not be a pleasant experience.

Very hard to find apartments here and the road is terrible. Strong odor coming from trash can. Building # is covered up by trees. Please fix this and will rate higher.
