I love living at Treehouse so much. It is right across the street from campus and everyone has been so nice here!
Apartment rip you off from the get. They make you go to a website called rent cafe and tell you application is 65$ but when you go to website there is a admin fee of 150$ that you gotta pay to apply. Then they deny you for some stupid reason and keep all the money. Don’t move here!! Your life will be filled with fees for dumb stuff like parking wrong or trash pickup. This place sucks!!
Horrible experience. San Marcos staff from manager to office personnel are very misleading. Get everything in writing and signed. Office personnel will tell you one thing but manager says another. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ANY LEVEL!! They don't communicate either. Very good at taking advantage of students and their parents.
Predatory!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY SWINDLE YOUR MONEY IN THE MOVE-OUT STATEMENT! If you refuse to pay and try to negotiate the dispute, they ignore you and send the "debt" to collections and mess up your credit score. Exploitative towards students who lease here. I am suing.
