This place is disgraceful, disgusting and bad management. Building 13 & 14 have fleas. Building 18 had rats and building 11 has raccoons. I was bit up for months. The fleas are coming from the drains and electrical outlets. This place is the worst. I went through hell for months with no help. Don’t rent or live here.
Katie and Emily were phenomenal at the parent weekend expo this weekend. I appreciate their information and am now considering this spot as a high contender
I love living at Treehouse so much. It is right across the street from campus and everyone has been so nice here!
Apartment rip you off from the get. They make you go to a website called rent cafe and tell you application is 65$ but when you go to website there is a admin fee of 150$ that you gotta pay to apply. Then they deny you for some stupid reason and keep all the money. Don’t move here!! Your life will be filled with fees for dumb stuff like parking wrong or trash pickup. This place sucks!!
Horrible experience. San Marcos staff from manager to office personnel are very misleading. Get everything in writing and signed. Office personnel will tell you one thing but manager says another. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ANY LEVEL!! They don't communicate either. Very good at taking advantage of students and their parents.
