Predatory!!! DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY SWINDLE YOUR MONEY IN THE MOVE-OUT STATEMENT! If you refuse to pay and try to negotiate the dispute, they ignore you and send the "debt" to collections and mess up your credit score. Exploitative towards students who lease here. I am suing.
I wouldn’t recommend living here unless it’s 100% your only option. These apartments genuinely need to be torn down and rebuilt entirely. I’ve gone almost a week without being able to use my sink or dishwasher now, despite having maintenance out multiple times as well as plumbers (who were there for 10-15 minutes before leaving and telling me it was all fixed). This means I’ve been unable to cook or use my kitchen sink and dishwasher at all for almost an entire week, and the smell from my sink and dishwasher is unbearable du... read more
