Ted, the manager, is scary. He also, in my opinion, seems to be somewhat brain damaged. Some of the women who have lived there have expressed that he seemed to be pretty creepy, at times. Ladies, do you really want to live somewhere where you are scared of the manager crossing over your personal boundaries, without permission (see other reviews, where one wrote about her experience with just that)?
