First I would like to say this store's concept is awesome. Love the inside, love the products they are offering, and the employees are very nice. This is where it ends. We were looking at a water softener system and set up an appointment for them to come out and give us a quote. The day the contractor and project manager were suppose to show up started of bad with the contractor being about 30 minutes late.
