This guy tried to stop my car as it was moving along ar 30 mph. I tried to atop, bur then he arrogantly waved his finger at me. Then, after there a vehicle parked where it needed to be, he proceeded to block the street so I could not get through. I asked him if he could move and then he shouted at me from a foot away, hurting my ears. This made me extremely angry and upset. I'm sorry that your employee has such a bad attitude. Great work, but due to some internal policy change, we ended up having to pay nearly double the initial quote. We received a quote, but then the quote time period expired due to a delay in getting a permit from our town. Once we got the permit, I asked if they'd honor initial quoted amount. They graciously initially agreed to do the job at the original price in writing, but then for some reason came out to look at the job again, and reversed course, stating "Due to company changes and equipment availability this has changed ... read more
