This place is horrible!!
May 26' I moved here about a month ago and so far the process has been overwhelmingly positive. I will mention it took a while to get approved but once we did things moved quickly and easily. The managent has been on top of things and very welcoming. Katrina went out of her way to be clear and kind when introducing me to the property and getting paper work done. This used to be a clean place to live, but for the past 6 months or so someone has been letting thier dog poop all over the grass area and even the sidewalk and leaving it. I complained to the property managers twice, but it is still happening. Today I stepped out of my car and stepped onto a huge poop. I have spent the past hour cleaning my shoe and my tub. Move here! I’m being sarcastic of course, the building is old and gross and there’s no insulation from noise. You’ll hear everything!!
Worst place EVER to live. At first I liked it but then new management took over and Kerry is the absolute WORST. She makes living there HELL and treat everyone terribly and after talking with multiple other tenants there before I left they felt the same and that is why others there were moving out as well. She is conniving and I don't wish ill will on many people but she is one. She is a horrible human being.
