This used to be a clean place to live, but for the past 6 months or so someone has been letting thier dog poop all over the grass area and even the sidewalk and leaving it. I complained to the property managers twice, but it is still happening. Today I stepped out of my car and stepped onto a huge poop. I have spent the past hour cleaning my shoe and my tub. Move here! I’m being sarcastic of course, the building is old and gross and there’s no insulation from noise. You’ll hear everything!!
Worst place EVER to live. At first I liked it but then new management took over and Kerry is the absolute WORST. She makes living there HELL and treat everyone terribly and after talking with multiple other tenants there before I left they felt the same and that is why others there were moving out as well. She is conniving and I don't wish ill will on many people but she is one. She is a horrible human being. The staff at treetop apartments is always courteous and professional. Maintenance is always taken care of immediately.
This place has the best combo of management, and maintenance, I've ever experienced in apartment living. The ladies in the office are always friendly, and caring. Michael, I've if the maintenance guys is the best I've ever dealt with. He fully explained everything he was going to do, and fixed multiple issues quickly.
