I had one simple request: "Don't show up between 9:30 and 11:30am. I won't be home". So what does he do? He shows up just after 9:30am. His equipment left deep ruts in my yard stretching from the front all the way to very back and in to my neighbor’s yard (about 200 ft). I complained and he offered to send me 1 yard of top soil.
