Neighbors used this company and the tree they cut back landed on my chainlink fence in my animal memoriam cemetary destroying some Graves, the statutes, solar lights and completely bent up my chainlink fence on that side. When I contacted Raymond Kinley whose name is on business card he was belligerent and rude and said he knew NOTHING ABOUT IT! I wouldn't use this company to trim hedges must well any tree work. VERY POOR SERVICE!
Was very pleased with how services started out. They came and removed several trees during 3-4 different visits to my home. Unfortunately work was not completed that was agreed upon. I still have 3 trees, and 8 or so stumps to be removed, in addition to getting my fence fixed that was damaged during removal. Owner will not contact or return calls, emails, or texts. Highly disappointed and unprofessional. Will be doing thorough background checks with the next person who is hired.
