First of all, I want to express my appreciation for the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by the arborist, Joe, and Sarah. The crew did an outstanding job of cutting down a 30- to 40-foot Chinese Pistache and grinding the stump. They even went above and beyond by grinding a stump that I had cut down when I purchased the house four years ago, which I hadn’t even requested during my initial contact with Joe. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.
We received the free estimate within hours after meeting with Joe. Joe was very pleasant and informative and took his time to answer questions.
