Adam was wonderful in evaluating our beloved backyard Chinese Elm and recommending a course of action to keep it healthy. We've used Tree Pros for many years, always excellent professional service and value. Looking forward to the trim and soil injections to maintain the shade, house cooling, and home value added by the tree.
Christian came out to survey our property initially and helped with our estimate process. He was so knowledgeable and clear with the scope of the work that would be carried out, the different options available to us, and the pricing structure. Ok so .I found out someone at tree pros is using my name and I've reported them to the cops and to the manager at tree pros and they have not done nothing. I've checked it and they been using my name for 3 years .making from 85,000 to 98,000 and it's not going to happen for one more year.im showing up with ice and the police. I have proof of payment being made to my name from tree pros and elite tree something. But all of you are going to have to deal with this tomorrow.
They did an excellent job with the installation of an entirely new irrigation system for shrubs and trees until the job came near its end. One of their mechanics who was installing something at the front end of the system came down with Covid and left us unconnected to the water supply While this did not threaten the trees.
