I strongly recommend against Tree of Life. They told me before I had my appointment that they would accept my insurance and that my deductible had been met, offering to cancel my appointment in case my deductible had not been met. They just billed me for the full value of my appointment over a month after seeing them, claiming that my deductible was not met. They did not attempt to contact me by phone but sent me an email asking me if I would like to pay with the card they had for me on file and then billed me that same day;... read more
Arrived on the day of my appointment to an empty off. I called from the hall and spoke with the receptionist (who wasn’t on the premises) she informed me the Dr. would be there shortly. 10 mins later I went into the waiting room and cut on the light(the office was empty). Called the receptionist again no response. Waited an additional 10 mins before leaving. Call to confirm the Dr and staff are in before going to your scheduled appointments. New patient did not return.
