This place is run so poorly. Husband and I had a joint therapy session. I was running a few minutes late so told him to get started so as to not waste time. I arrived 5 minutes late and told the Asian girl at the front desk that I was expected by the therapist and that my husband was already inside. I’ve been an established client here at the tree of life counseling center for the past 4 years. I had my first therapist Pam for two years and then she went on maternity leave. She was suppose to come back and did not return without telling her clients. I started working with a new therapist (Jenny) and worked with her for two years. Most people review places when they’re dissatisfied, but I’d like to applaud it for its excellence. This business provides a very welcoming and professional environment. Scheduling appointments is simple, the office is clean and comfortable, and communication regarding billing and policies has always been clear by their consultant Brena. Lastly Aly is a great therapist and helped me so much with grief I’d been dealing with. Every day seems to get better. Definitely give this place a try.

My partner has been a client of The Tree of Life Counseling for about two years, and as his partner, I have witnessed nothing but frustration and inconvenience. They are extremely inflexible with billing—when insurance deductibles apply, they do not offer payment plans. My partner was charged around $180 for medication-management appointments, and if he couldn’t pay the full amount, he was charged a $100 missed-appointment fee.
