My child had been coming here for months, and we missed one appointment due to a scheduling error. They are now charging us a $100 penalty, despite this never once happening before. The receptionist is "sorry" that I don't agree with their policy. They would rather drive patients away than treat them with patience and understanding. This is the kind of care you can expect here. This is the kind of care they provide to people who need their help.
Unfortunately had a therapy session here that began a downward spiral in my life. I was trying my best to bounce back but after going to a scheduled therapy session my suicidal ideation became 100c worse and I eventually lost everything
I really like this place, I love my therapist she's really nice. When I can't come in I can do a video call instead. My mom comes here and her therapist has her going twice a week which is great and has been helping my mom greatly. The building is super nice and pretty itself and all the offices are nice and clean.
I really like this center, Liza at the front desk is fantastic and really worked hard to help me with my insurance issues. My therapist Jenny is wonderful and I really feel heard and I feel like I can bring up any issues I have with my psychiatrist Kelly and I love that it can be either in person or virtual and it's so flexible. I'm glad I talked with a few of their providers at Princeton pride and decided to go with them
Tree of Life is my favorite therapy couch and my family's as well! Aly and her team of proven therapists and prescribers have helped cousins, aunts, friends, and even myself through the last 5+ years since their inception! Aly, Lisa, Pam, Joe, and Andrea, just to name a few, are all amazing! So happy that I was able to meet Aly when I did! It's a therapy practice truly run by professionals with the sole focus of helping as many ppl as possible..so blessed to have been one of the many people helped by Tree of Life!!
