Received a quote and agreed to have trees removed by Tree Medics before winter set in. They never provided a definite date so we kept in touch by text since weather could be preventing them to complete the job. Eventually, there was no response to our texts, phone calls, or email. Very unprofessional to completely ignore a customer's texts and phone calls. We were not even contacted when spring arrived. We do not recommend. Marilee, Walter and Mike

Jesse and his team at Tree Medics are amazing. We can't recommend them highly enough. We had half of a very large tree fall across our driveway bringing wires down and Jesse was so attentive and helpful walking us through it all. Not only did he get the job done amazingly fast, but him and the team cleaned up the job like they were never there. To say my husband and I were impressed is an understatement.
