I needed a couple of trees removed and one stump ground. I called Tree Medic for a quote, they respond quickly with the quote and I asked them to go ahead with the work. They were very busy but said the would put me on the list. They let me know a few days in advance that they would be here in two days. They showed up and did a great job of removing the biggest tree first with as little damage to the yard as they could. There was some confusion on both sides as to the second tree.
