The management is two faced , the manager Patti actually stole from us why we were in the process of moving . In between trips she took it upon herself to take personal sentimental things from our family , I have proof from our neighbors. Very fake . The remolded trailers look good . But they are wham bam fixer uppers.
I absolutely love this place. I wish I lived here at this rv / mobile home park. It is so convenient to the park where I walk my dog, close to the laundry mat, and close to historic downtown and shops. The people in this area are so personable. Idealic.
The landlord is a dictator, we lived here for over 3 years, she is threatening to tow my car because we have jacked up waiting a claim adjuster, she’s states any inoperative or illegal cars will be towed, the car is registered, insured and legal - don’t move here she is nice at first but turns evil
