I used to love this place so much. I don't know what happened but the quality of food & service has gone way downhill. Went to dine in / service was so slow we ended up just having to order to go. When we finally got our food half the order was missing. I got the veggie delight which used to be scrambled tofu with tons of veggies. Now it's just a veggie burger smashed on top of some potatoes. Seriously a waste of time and money.

My family and I just went to the cafe on a Sunday at 6:45. We were seated and given menus. Then the waitress came over and told us we had to leave because the chef shut down his grill. It was awkward, unprofessional, and flat out bad business. The website said they were open until 8:00 that day and the open sign was on. What a waste of our time and a disappointment!

I love the chicken salad wrap and really had a taste for one today. I called to place and order at 7:20pm and received no answer. I arrived to your Berea location at 7:30pm and your store was closed. Your handwritten sign on the door stated you were open until 8:00. I decided on a delicious salad from next door, but I was really in the mood for that chicken salad wrap.
Went here yesterday for the first time. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was great. Workers were friendly. I will be back VERY soon!!
I was there yesterday to introduce 2 friends who have never been to Tree Huggers. One of my friend's daughter is getting married and wants a vegetarian shower for 125 people so that was the main reason we were there. Scarlett Macaw salad was good. But I went up to the bakery case to get a loaf of bread and some pastries to take home and was totally ignored.
