Disappointed. Initially, was super impressed with the quick response time, consultation timing and receiving the proposal. After getting the initial proposal and reaching out about having some additional questions about options, responses disappeared. Left 2 voice mails and multiple emails later and was basically ghosted and never heard back.

I contacted this place because they have all 5 star reviews. After consulting with Tom, I can see why. Tom came out to help with an arborvitae we have been having trouble with. While he was here, he helped with a few other trees that I had questions about. Tom could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. I’d give Tree House Arbor Science more stars if I could.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Hired them to cut down a rotten cherry tree and trim several trees 10 ft away from the house, and they did a fantastic job. Communicative and knowledgeable, as well as quiet and clean. Hire these guys! I met with Joe first, and his passion for and knowledge of trees really impressed me. Tree House Arbor Science really came through when we had a large branch come down on a telecom line in our backyard. They were able to come out the same day for an assessment, and the crew showed up at 8 am the next morning for the removal. Everyone else we asked said it would be days or weeks to get out there. The cost was very reasonable and we were impressed with the care they took in the removal not to damage anything else. Would definitely use again for our tree care needs.
