Unacceptable! Daughter move in on 8/26 and the kitchen is not complete. There is no sink, the downstairs bathroom has no water, the downstairs floors are not finished (concrete slab)….smoke alarms are not connected and there is no power on 1st floor! Had all summer to complete work. Landlords have lied and are going to be taken to court!
