I've been here about a year and a half. The building is from the 70's, so it's not a brand new apartment. There are tons of cracks everywhere and thick coats of spackle showing previous repairs. The unit has lots of storage space. My single bedroom size is generous with room for a king mattress. The laundry is on site, $1.50 per cycle. The snow removal is a joke. The playground area was torn down. Never got to use the pool. There were parking rules posted, a couple of cars towed but they won't remove non working vehicles or ... read more

Prompt response when you reach out to maintenance... dog friendly yet extremely clean! Compared to the area the prices can't be beat!!! It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly and mind their business!!!! it's a great place to live ans I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
Elaina in the rental office is always so helpful and pleasant. Definitely appreciate the maintenance staff here, they are quick to respond to fix any issues.
