Tree haven III is a very nice and quiet dog friendly place to live with a pool and laundry rooms. Its in a great spot close to the parkway and stores. The leasing agent Elaina Chan is always helpful for anything you might need.
Living here for the last few years has been very good and peaceful. The neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are always well kept. Elaina is wonderful—she is attentive and always helps with the needs of the people in the complex. If you have any maintenance issues, they come quickly to fix them. My son and I enjoy using the pool in the summer, and not all complexes have one, so we are lucky to have it. Ive lived here for 7 years and I absolutely love it where im living. Its quiet, no loud parties, clean, and the maintenance men are the greatest. Always here when I need them and super nice to deal with. Also, tree haven is in a great location. 5 mins from the bay, 3 mins from cheesequake Park, and a beautiful lake right down the street. I couldn"t of picked a better place to live. Thanks to Elaina in the leasing office for always helping me with whatever I need. Thank you.
