Excellent customer service from the first phone call through the end of the 2-day service. On time, diligent work crew, competitive pricing and immense tree knowledge. Quite simply one of the best experiences I have had with anyone in the service industry in San Antonio. Highly recommended and money very well spent.
Called last week to make an appointment for an estimate as I had with two other tree services. Made the appointment for Monday, forgetting it was a holiday. So expected them Tuesday. They come on Wednesday. I mention the scheduling issue and say, "I guess your booker screwed up." Then as I began to describe the work to be done, the guy just said, "I think I'm going to walk on this. I don't like the way you spoke to me." So much for the customer always being right.
