(43 granite street)Heat is included in the rent.... but yet it is 19 degrees outside and they haven't turned it on yet..... for the coldest day of the year.! I have an 11 month old thats freezing and we have had to keep him bundled in a winter jacket since yesterday because the temps droped and the heat doesn't turn on. If I pay for heat included I want to be able to use my heat. It's that simple. Why was it on the other day when it was 50 degrees out but when its 19 the heat gets shut off?
