5/23/18 Wow, wow, WOW - Great service. Did a fantastic job on raising the canopy, removing dead limbs, shaping up redtips and overgrown bushes on my property. Removed limbs overhanging my roof and even cleaned the roof off. Picked up ALL debris and left my yard looking immaculate after they finished their work. Could not have asked for anything better. Thomas and his team were true to their words. I like that he not only does the quote but is also present during every job. For my job, he was not only present but did most of the work himself . Donna, in the office, was always professional and prompt. The work was done exactly to my specifications. We had minor difficulties with scheduling and communication, but those were just as much my fault as anyone's. I would and will recommend Tree Docs.
04-30-13 I cannot say enough good things about TreeDocs. Thomas and his crew of Norm and Josh showed up today. 30 minutes early and ready to work. They completed the work of removing a large pine limb from storm from my roof. They inspected the roof prior to cutting and found a hole which they pointed out and tarped for free. Thomas and crew not only finished in the 2 hr time frame, he also cut a lot of extra limbs that were not part of the initial job. I am TOTALLY happy with Tree Docs! Thomas came out to the house and walked through the front and back yard with me, and was extremely respectful and patient with me as I asked questions. It was amazing to watch. On the day they arrived a week after he initially came out, a huge crew of folks and equipment pulled up and it was amazing to watch these guys work! I got quotes from several tree services about removing a large tree next to my house. Thomas came out right away, talk to me about the job, explained the process and gave me a quote. The other companies that came out walked in the back yard gave me quotes (that were more than double Tree Docs' quote - one of them was still double even after a "discount"), told me the job would take 5 to 6 hours, seemed annoyed when I asked questions, and seemed rushed to get away. My service from Tree Docs was so good I decided to write my first online review. I was recommended to Tree Docs by my mom who used them a few months ago. I did not see a review online so I also called two other companies that had good reviews on this website to compare quotes.
