We hired Tree Docs to remove two large hickory trees that were too close to structures. Like way too close. The whole process was easy and professional from the start. These guys aren't some rednecks with a bucket truck and a chainsaw, they are the real deal. Exceptional work by an absolutely phenomenal crew and leader/owner. I was nervous about having an enormous 100-ft triple-trunked Hackberry tree removed. It was threatening both my house and that of my neighbor's. It was in a very tight spot between both homes. Prior to any work, the company boss, Thomas, walked me through their entire plan. We had an overall great experience with Tree Docs! They took down a dangerous dead tree and trimmed down two trees for us. We had a little miscommunication about a stump but we figure it out. Thomas was great at reviewing and going over the work our yard needed and told us that we can save a historic tree in our backyard by trimming it. They cleaned up everything like they never been there before. All the crew members were great and pleasure working with.
Tree Docs did a great job taking down two dead trees in my backyard! The job was challenging because of narrow access points, a fence line, and two power lines, but they made it look easy. Cleaned it up like nothing had happened. Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-through.
They charged $5000 and wouldn’t even come back later to get rid of the stump. Told us to call Stump be Gone
