I used this company several years ago and on that basis I chose them again for a complex job with trees overhanging a neighbour’s roof. The skill and professionalism of these people is exceptional. Impressive to watch large branches being winched so that they drop in a safe place. The guys are friendly and the space was way tidier than it was when they started.
Neat and tidy workers. A team of three promptly ground out two stumps, and pruned our Jacaranda. Very sensitive about caring for plants, protecting those that might be damaged during pruning. Meticulous clean-up afterwards. Polite and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. In addition to this, their prices are extremely reasonable given the nature of the job.
Great service and a really nice company to do business with. The office are friendly and helpful and the team that came out to do the work (tree survey followed by tree and stump removal) were great. Would recommend and will certainly be my go to arborist in the future.
Did a fantastic job on our palm tree which had never been professionally pruned before we bought our house. They were lovely and efficient. Quote was reasonable compared to the others that I got and the size of the job.
The tree removal itself was done quite well and efficiently - would be worthy of 5 stars for that portion of works. Unfortunately during the grinding of one of the stumps the water tapping to the house was struck and completely destroyed - again the guys on site were very apologetic & I understand accidents happen. I'm of the opinion if you break something you at least offer to repair it. when I quizzed the owner on this his quote was "we wouldn't make any money if we had to fix every pipe we broke". which I feel speaks volu... read more
