Very impressed with their work. They removed a large tree safely and left the yard spotless. Great service from start to finish.
I had Josh, Rocky and Harry complete some arborist work at my property and they did an exceptional job from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, professional, and left the entire area neat and tidy once the work was done. They also handled a very difficult situation with my disgruntled neighbour with absolute professionalism. Unprofessional & rude: When working for neighbours they Blocked off the only access to my house, i could not even walk in my gate. No notice that they were cutting off my access to my house for a day and a half at all. When I told them I need my gate clear please, they were extremely rude and highly unprofessional and still haven’t moved their vehicles. No respect at all for neighbours or the community:
Highly recommend Tree Culture. Trustworthy and responsive. Josh was very patient with our questions and very invested in the process of a good outcome for our job. The crew on the day were lovely and tidy being mindful of neighbours etc. this is our second booking with Tree Culture and we will use them again. A local family business with good old fashioned personal service.
