Muy mala Calidad ,mala atencion a los recidentes y no arreglan Los problemas tecnicos Como el de los retretes tienen Moho y malas tuberias con fugas la manager es muy extricta y se siente la muy muy por ser manager no recomiendo vivir ahi
Excelente atención del.area administrativa y de mantenimiento, siempre atentos a dar seguimientos a las necesidades de cada apartamento, recomiendo al 100 % los apartamentos por su seguridad y perfecta limpieza de las áreas comunes ..
Tree County might be and old complex but for me it’s convenience to my workplace and my children school. Inside of the units are not bad either, a little more work might be needed in some areas but nothing that a good decoration can do. The prices are reasonable plus it’s all bills paid. I understand that people might be unhappy with the management team and it’s easy for them to post negative reviews but I haven’t had any issues with maintenance or manager.
