Catherine was great to work with. The rental unit was very clean at move in, and she was extremely nice and easy to get a hold of. Any time there was a small issue (toilet handle loose, clogged sink) she was great with her response time and ability to fix any problems. She was extremely patient with us and helpful as there were 5 renters in the unit, and the arrangements and paperwork took a bit to complete. I would definitely rent from Tree City Properties again.

Very helpful landlord. I had the bad habit of misplacing my keys a few times over the year that I lived in the apartment, and she was always willing to come by and let me back in. All my experiences were very positive, no issues with the security deposit.
