The service was really great. The workers were busy but made sure I felt noticed standing in line! The atmosphere was super comfy and cute! And their coffee, is reallyy tasty!! :-)
This place is never open on time and when they finally open no one is wearing a headset you even hear you pull into the drive thru. Terrible customer service. It happens constantly I do not recommend this place

Kept going back because I love their food but it’s always HORRIBLE customer service. Employees are extremely short/snippy. My bagel order was wrong and I went back to get it corrected and the employees act inconvenienced as if it’s my fault. Do the business a favor and train employees on customer service. Multiple people I know have complained about the same thing.
