We were really pleased with Juan and his team. My neighbor and I worked together with Juan and the City to address a large redwood tree that was causing damage to our property. Juan was really responsive to our initial inquiry and gave us a reference to a great arborist who helped document the issue. After getting permission to remove the tree Juan and team showed up on the agreed to date and time and had the (very large) tree removed and all the cuttings cleaned up same day. Josh and Sammy did a very good job of cutting branches that were growing over my roof and a neighbor's branches hanging over my backyard. Sammy climbed high to cut deadwood from my very tall cedar tree. Had a lot of deadwood in front 2 trees. Good teamwork.
