Was looking for clean up on at my home. Just needed a chipper truck and some labor. I have to cut down the tree and some bushes wanted to coordinate a timeline for the clean up. once i had a timeline i would cut and stack it for them. so I did not have a mess in the yard for weeks. After more them 60 days after signing a contract no one had contacted me to set a date to complete the agreed upon services. After I contacted them about when they would be able to complete the requested services they scheduled for June 3rd, 2021 and said they would reschedule if weather was bad. Did not show on the appointed day, did not send and email stating they would need to be rescheduled.

Very courteous and professional, I was amazed at the speed and the quality of the work they performed on cutting a very large tree right near my house. without any problem or damage. They also picked up their work area and made it look like they were never there. The price was also very good and worth the money I spent. Totally will recommend them to anyone.

Was told by Tucker I wouldn't have to pay until the job was complete. That was a lie. He had the office call me and request payment before the stumps were ground and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me himself. Tucker prepared the quote which included all the stumps that were to be grinded. The stump grinder arrived and said one couldn't be done. I asked to have my bill adjusted as a result.
