These guys are insane. Needed 2 ash trees, that were dead due to ash borer, removed. Had another company lined up and it just wasn't falling into place. I had 7 trees removed this morning. The expectations of how tree removal works was made clear from the beginning, including when they'd be available to preform the services I asked for and pricing was EXACTLY what the quote was. Tree-B-Gone was more costly than other companies quotes but they threw in chipping and stacking logs (which was a substantial value alone making Tree-B-Gone the easiest to use and most time-effective solution to what I was going for). They cut down trees for a neighbor and were shown an unofficial survey that was wrong. The police came and let them based on the survey. The guys were nasty and one claimed we didn’t own the house I live in. I do own it. Afterward we had an official survey done, and we owned most of the land they cut the trees down on. One tree was entirely on our property. It was illegal.

WOW! says it all. We had a 35' tall White Spruce that lived a full life - probably thirty years. Chad's crew made it disappear in less than thirty minutes.
